After your payment is confirmed, the order enters the preparation stage. The standard preparation and packing period is generally 3–4 business days.
This period may be longer during public holidays, major campaigns, high-volume periods or when products must be obtained from different suppliers. After preparation, the parcel is transferred to the selected shipping company and tracking information is registered with your order.
Delivery estimates begin after the parcel has been handed to the shipping company. They do not include order preparation time or possible customs-clearance delays.
