– You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.

– The duration of the refund amount may vary depending on the bank. Your money will be reflected on your card within an average of 5 business days.

– You can use UPS, DHL, TNT and FEDEX global shipping companies during the return process.

– When you want to return your order, click on the “Return & Exchange” button on the “My Orders” page and share your cargo tracking code with us. Remember, this page will be active for 14 days. You have 14 days from the date you received the package to return it.
