A natural produce of a Greek Island where it is known as the “tears of Chios” because of its “tears” or droplet shape. This resin’s unique source and taste have made it an indispensable delicacy for centuries, cream, sauces, seasonings and coffee.

Tasting notes: Balanced acidity, smooth body, mastic finish.

The finest Arabica beans are used to create this wonderful smooth blend of a timeless classic.
