Kahve Dunyasi Salep Salep drink, which appeals to the traditional palate, is still consumed a lot today with its increasing body temperature, pleasant smell and healing properties.

Tubers of Anatolian orchid, which is an endemic species that grows wild in mountainous and meadow areas at heights of 1000-1500 meters, are collected by experts. One lump of the purple and red spike plant is left for feeding, while the other tuber is boiled and dried in milk or water and sold as salep.
