– Your order must be unopened for return. The products that have been opened & damaged cannot be refunded.

– Shipping fee cannot be refunded while making a refund.

– The shipping fee belongs to the customer in all returns. Shipping costs cannot be provided by Traditional Turk.

– The duration of the refund amount may vary depending on the bank.

– You can use UPS, DHL, TNT and FEDEX global shipping companies during the return process.
